Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and rescheduling requires at least 24 hours prior notice, failure to meet these terms may attract a cancellation fee.

Payment:

Some services require payment at the time of booking. Tax consultations payment is required at the conclusion of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS or CreditCard (No AMEX).

* Note fees provided are estimates only. Services that involve additional time, increased levels of skill, tax planning and requests for additional information may attract additional charges.

Tax Schedules are charged in addition to the tax consultation with fees starting from $88 per schedule. (GST inclusive).

P.O.I (Proof Of Identity)

All new clients are required to pass our proof of identity requirements. 2 pieces of identification will be required (e.g. Drivers License, Passport, Medicare Card). New clients are required to book a face to face consultation in order to pass these requirements.
