KCL Business Services was founded in 2002. Since the beginning our goal has been to provide an accurate, timely and courteous service dealing with all aspects of Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping and Administration services.

Our objective has always been to take the time to understand your business and how you operate so that we can make sure that the processes used are as simple and efficient as possible, and nothing is missed or duplicated.

Working as part of your team we are there to help your business save time, reduce costs, increase profits and improve your bottom line.

Our Team

Our founder Cleo Litsas, prior to establishing KCL Business Services, worked in a diverse range of industries and roles in both private and publicly listed companies over a period of 16 years.

During that time duties ranged from undertaking general financial work, including debt collection and supplier payments to providing comprehensive financial reports for management (budgets, cash flows, profit & loss reports, etc) and to meeting strict deadlines for reporting to both State and Federal Taxation authorities and the ASX. 

Cleo brings her wealth of knowledge and expertise from her corporate experience to KCL and her clients. 

Cleo has completed an Associate Diploma in Accounting, is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, is a Xero and MYOB Certified Consultant and is a registered BAS Agent.

Gary Litsas is the co-founder of KCL Business Services who has an extensive experience in business having spent 6 years in a Chartered Accounting environment before moving to the commercial world where he spent 25 years in various finance executive roles.

Skilled in all facets of Finance including accounting, taxation (direct and indirect), pricing, treasury, insurance, payroll and financial management. He has a particular passion to strive to continuously improve business processes and systems and to help businesses grow to their full potential,

Gary brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise he garnered in the corporate environment to KCL and its clients.

Gary has completed an Economics degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
